Don’t Drink … Gamble!

November 11th, 2023 at 10:25

If you enjoy a cocktail occasionally, keep your money at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Clean out your purse, your money belt, and keep all cash, credit cards and cheques out of the casino. Take whatever money you intend to spend on drinks, tipping and whatever pocket change you anticipate to squander and leave the remainder behind.

Cynical? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You could experience a win following a inebriated night out with your comrades and be blessed sufficiently to hit a marathon roll at a smokin craps table. Don’t forget that account seeing that it is as brief as it gets if you continuously drink and wager. The two simply don’t go well together.

Leaving your moolah at home is a bit drastic, but preventative measures for dramatic actions is a requirement. If you bet to win, then do not consume alcohol and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a concern, then drink all the free beer your stomach can handle, but don’t pack charge cards and cheques to toss into the mix of following losses after your drunken head loses every little thing!

Permit me to take this 1 step more. Don’t consume alcohol and then hop on the net to gamble in your preferred casino either. I enjoy a beer from the coziness of my abode, however since I’m hooked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit at my fingertips, I can not drink and wager.

Why? Despite the fact that I don’t drink to excess, once I drink alcohol, it is clearly enough to blur my common sense. I bet, so I don’t drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, don’t wager at the same time. Both make for a ferocious, and crazy, cocktail.
